I'm a huge fan of using real Super 8 cine film to capture weddings.
The nostalgic look and feel of film is unique. It's super romantic, charming and full of character. There are no effects or tricks with editing software. All of my vintage wedding films are captured on an original 1970's cine film camera.

+ What is Cine Film?
I use Super 8 cine film. Kodak introduced it in 1960. Its name describes the size of the frames in each film, which is 8mm.
It’s still being used today amongst professional film makers, artists and enthusiasts around the world. Super 8 film was made popular by its simple slot-in and go system, much like how still cameras operated before the era of digital photography.
Each 50ft reel of film lasts approximately 3 minutes.
+ How is it viewed?
After the film is used I send it away to be processed and digitised. I then provide you with a digital file on a personalised USB stick in a format ready for sharing online.
